I am a graduate from Patliputra Medical Collllege, DDhanbad. I did my house job in Obs and Gynae from. Dr BL Kapoor Hospital, Ludhiana. After a brief stint as an EMO in Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib C Hospital, Ludhiana and the Himachal Govt, where I was posted in PHC Nichar ( KINNAUR joined Punjab Health Deptt in 1983.
