Born on 17th September 1942 in a village of Cuttack district of Odisha.Passed HSC exam in 1959 from the famous Ravenshaw Collegiate School, Cuttack from where Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose had his high school education and passed matriculation in 1913. Passed pre uni and Ist yr degree sc.from Ravenshaw College ( now University) in 1961. MBBS from SCB MEDICAL College, Cuttack in 1966 and MD ( Pathology) from VSS MEDICAL College ,Burla in1971. Worked ad a teacher in Pathology in medical Colleges of Odisha.Finally retired as Professorand HOD of pathology. Lives in Cuttack city. Became Presiden…
