Retired as DEAN,AFMC, Pune after 38 yrs of service in Indian Army Medical Corps, on 31 Oct. 2008.Served as Dean & Prof Surg & Onco Surg. at Kasturba Med. College, Mangalore for three years from Dec 2008 to Dec 2011. 40 years Experience as a Surgeon and 30 years experience as a Surgical Oncologist.
