Completed MBBS through Stanley Medical College Madras during 1974.After 5 years of Govt service under TamilNadu Medical service setteled in Mysore. Served more than 25 years in FPAI,Mysore. Received DGO certificate through ICMCH,Kolkatta under the guidance of Dr C S Dawn, At present serving as a senior Research Physician in Public Health Research Institute of India,Mysore and serving as a Mentor for graduate and Medical students from GHES. Dr Purnima Madhivanan is the founder and Director of this NGO known as PHRII
