Patient 50 years old male walks in profuse bleeding from mandibular anterior since two hours. Patient did not complain of any pain and on other anomaly was detected other then a huge tobacco pouch. when asked for the past history the patient gave the history of tobacco chewing since more than 30 yrs.hyper keratosis was no noticed in 3rd quadrant anteriors.

Huge amount of calculus was present , halitosis was present as the oral hygiene was poor. on examination the point of bleeding was not the tobacco pouch rather it was 43. but i want to really confirm is that whether is it actually a tobacco pouch??
