Sixty six year old lady presented with post menopausal bleeding.She is not overweight,p3L3,not diabetic.There is no family history of ovarian or endometrial cancer.She is hypertensive and blood pressure is controlled with Losar-H.Endometrial biopsy reveals senile endometritis. She was put on estrdiol creame for three months.She responded but again after six months she has come with spotting.Endometrial thickness is 5mm.What r the options?Does she need oral estrogen with progesterone( saftey issue?) or vaginal estrogen again ( duration?)
