A 3 week old boy brought to emergency for wheezing. For the last 2 weeks, wheezing is increasing. Other reactive oxygen species were normal. Vital signs- T 36.8, P 140, RR 55, BP 78/50, O2 Sat 94% on room atmosphere. Baby in respiratory distress.
Bilateral subcostal retractions with nasal flaring. Rest all normal. What is the most likely diagnosis? What could be further management?
