38 years, male came with 8 weeks history of dysphagia and weight loss. He was good before, no relevant medical history. He had palpable left cervical lymph node and unremarkable dermatological and ophthalmological assessments.
CT and PET showed extensive mediastinal, left supraclavicular and coeliac lymph node enlargement with no evidence of metastatic disease. What to do now?
