A woman brought to the emergency dept. She was 61 years old and suffering from altered mental status. She missing since 2 days. She was found by her neighbours lying in her kitchen.

She had osteoarthritis and alcohol dependence since 2 years. Her current temp was 98.3F, BP 108/58, other things normal. she is awake but doesn't know about time, person, place. What to do?
