65 yr old lady with Menopause complains of pain and burning sensation in her private area

65 yr lady with known case of Hypertension (on Rx with control values) menopause since last 10 yrs. complaint of burning and pain sensation in her private areas.. All investigation (CBC, Sugar, Urine Routine, Urine Culture, USG abdo and pelvis. Gynec check up, MD opinion, Urologist opining) normal. underwent cystoscopy also..

it is normal other than age related urethral stricture – for the same she underwent cystoscopy and dilatation. She felt better for a week or so, but again, pain and burning turns up.Weight maintained.. please suggest any possible diagnosis and treatment details.
