A 30-year-old man presented with a history of high myopia (-7.00 D in both eyes), 20 years of soft contact use, and recent contact lens intolerance to get his risk of dry eyes after laser-assisted in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) evaluated. Artificial tears often relieve his dry eye symptoms.
