A 34-year-old at 32 weeks and 4 days' gestation in her first pregnancy reported reduced fetal movements. She reported that she normally feels 10 moves per day but for the last days she noted only two movements and on the day of the presentation there was no movement. History She had no significant medical, obstetric, or gynecological complications. Her routine blood reports were normal. However, it was reported that she was not vaccinated for rubella vaccination and hence, postnatal vaccination was planned.

Her 11-14 week scan, nuchal translucency test, and anomaly scans were all normal. Examination Blood pressure: 137/77 mmHg and pulse 93/min.
