An adult male patient 54 years diabetic ,hypertensive CAD and renal dysfunction was brought to ER with rapidly progressive quadripareis.Examination uncovered symmetric areflexic flaccid quadriparesis.Higher cortical functions preserved.No trauma,no backpain,no similar history in the past.weakness was more in the lower limb than upper limbs.Please discuss about the diagnostic approch and DDs.
