One of my colleague, orthopaedic surgeon operated upon a case of Fracture Femur. Please read and suggest if it is a case of complication or negligence or defaming doctor. There is fracture femure distal 1/3 and is operated in feb 15, 2015 with femur interlocking nail after few months distal screw loosed and removed in between may to july 2015 as shown picture of x-ray july 2015. And later there is calus with intact nail in 14 oct 15 (that is the last x-ray doctor have in his record) after than patient did not turn up for follow-up.
Now patient is claiming that his nail is broken but did not turn up to treating doctor after 14 0ct 2015. During feb 15 to oct 15 patient was also on irregular to his treatment.
