A patiend 21 year old female...with no gynecological abnomrmality has itching lesion on face with small dotted pimples ..she apply many topical steroids and acne preprations but no result..pls help me to confirm the diagnosis and treamtents..i think that is a dermatitis...but no confirm...pls give your sugeestion..if any dermatologist here
