A patient operated for urachal cyst. In evening round, patient complaints of chest pain, sweating, tachycardia, tachypnoea with shock. Clinically I diagnosed pulmonary embolism, started heparin drip. After four hours, patient stabilized. X- Ray chest showed butterfly appearance which confirmed diagnosis. Patient discharged uneventfully. A patient of pain in abdomen, clinically no findings and labelled as psychotic.
I observed during pain, visible peristalsis seen. In the morning, lapratomy performed. It was sub intristìal obstruction due mass at ascending colon. Transverse hemicolectoy with caecum done. Histopathology showed adenocarcinoma. Chemotherapy and radiotherapy given. Till now since twenty years patient is absolutely normal.
