A 25 yrs old female 4 MA was admitted in an unconscious state. History was like pt has abdominal pain for 2 days. Pt went to GP who had given some painkiller injection which was followed by convulsions and unconsciousness. All routine investigations are normal. Cxr normal, MRI brain and CSF normal, No history of fever, cough, diarrhoea, icterus or any other symptoms. No history of poisoning or drug abuse.
No history of insect bite. Pt vitally and hemodynamically stable. At present, pt intubated. I am at present treating as encephalitis. I want to know whether this is a case of encephalitis or something else?
