A 55-year-old woman presented with the chief complaints of sinus congestion and a sore throat for three days. She took an oral decongestant with some symptomatic relief. Her body mass index (BMI) was 30 kg/m 2 and her blood pressure (BP) was 170/90 mm Hg.
After counseling, her oral decongestant was discontinued. Follow-up after 5-weeks BMI: 29 kg/m 2 BP: 165/80 mm Hg Pulse rate: 84 beats/min and regular Serum electrolyte levels: normal Creatinine level: 0.8 mg/dL.
