Dear Docs, This comes to me from one of my colleagues who wanted a help, Patient in his end 50's, for several years at irregular intervals (a few weeks) pain in the entire abdomen, occasionally vomiting. No correlation with headache. Multiple internist Through investigations to MRT angiography brought no tangible results. Psychotherapeutic exploration and treatment without effect. Complaints reminded me of the abdominal migraine in childhood.

A trial of therapy with sumatriptan brought substantial freedom from symptoms for about 2 months when sumatriptan was taken at the onset of pain. Now still symptom relief, but diminishing effect. abdominal migraine in adults there ?? Regards, Dr Nirmala K Sharma
