A 42 years old gentleman, a higher secondary school teacher by profession, who underwent Frey's operation 5yrs ago for chronic pancreatitis had pain in the upper abdomen since operation. He feels fullness of stomach with even little quantity of food. No fever, diarrhoea or constipation. No melena, hematochezia, hematemesis. He gives excessive foul smell of stools but no other features suggesting steatorrhoea. He is having vomiting after getting injection tramadol On examination, he is afebrile, thinly built. BP 120/76, Pulse 84 per min., anxious Abd.: Soft, tenderness in the epigastrium more toward the left hypochondrium.
Hypesthesia below the scar. No mass/organomegaly/Free fluid. Other systems are with in normal limits. Xray chest PA, Usg abd & pelvis CT abd was all with in normal limits. Rbs 136, creat 1, LFT and amylase with in normal limits. Urine - NAD Please give a possible…
