A 6 yrs girl was uder my px for dengue. Previous history of abdominal TB. She had a complaint of abdominal pain and vomiting even on the 5th day of px.
I did USG s/o of ascites mild and splenomegaly. Mantoux result came strongly positive. Now she is out of dengue but what should be the management for TB?
