My one adult relative have DM He is not taking treatment properly. He is now suffering from multiple episodes of diarrhea per day and this diarrhea is chronic and with fecal incontinence and weight loss, sometimes giddiness.

My question is, what's the health status of his all body systems and what is prognosis? Please reply.
