A previously healthy 10-year-old girl presented with mild diffuse abdominal pain, following three days of nausea and vomiting. The mother reported incidences of nausea over three days with frequent emesis, non-bloody and non-bilious. Due to her persistent emesis, her oral intake had significantly decreased by the time of presentation. She had developed significant fatigue with no change in mental status. MRI demonstrated a pancreatic head mass with a heterogeneous internal signal.
