Additionally, factors such as tumor lysis syndrome, obstructive uropathy from tumor invasion, and sepsis contribute to renal impairment. AKI can lead to prolonged hospitalization, increased morbidity, and compromised treatment efficacy. Therefore, early identification and management of AKI are crucial in cancer patients.
