I see about 10 to 12 cases of Ac.Pancreatitis in children age ranging from 6 to 14 years in a year with no obvious cause..All lab work leads to idiopathic cause except in 1 child we were able to diagnose B cell lymphoma  .Parasitic, Nutritional, juvenile diabetes, TB, and malignancy are the general cause we try to elucudate.Any suggestions/recommendations?
