A 63 year old male patient presented with floating object infront of rt eye for 5 days, no systemic disorder,well built,nonsmoker, non alcoholic. Not on any drug. B/E cornea clear, ANT segment healthy. DV6/18,dvl6/9 with pinhole. OCT. ERM on NEVANAC,activision.
No working visual impairment. Questions: prognosis? any opthalmic emergency? treatmemt? bilateral occurence ? Thanks.
