A 45 years old obese male, developed a cough from last two months, not responding to treatment. Past History: He was a patient of GERD from last 12 years, consuming PPI with domperidone. In 2015 he had weight loss marked and pain on eating, at epigastium and later unable to eat, started vomiting after eating. Investigations turned out to be oesophageal + upper stomach carcinoma, operated, undergone CT, RT. He was under regular check up and investigations CT scan and blood tests.
Now from last one-month c/o pain in chest Lt lower side. CT scan done today, shows Herniation of the colon, jejunum into Lt chest, causing collapse Lt lower lobe. Please go through the report of CT abdomen. What could be the further management?
