A 23 years old boy with ht 5'10", wt.114 kg c/ o early fatigue, nausea and lethargy for the last 2 months, now discomforts in upper quadrant for the last two weeks. Personal h/ o sedentary lifestyles using bike, car for little distance more frequently, fond of fast and junk food. Lab investigations:- hemogram, RFT, Thyroid Profile, S calcium, potassium, FBS, normal. ESR 20, Hba1 c 5.9, LFT:- Sgot57, Sgpt114, GGT and LDH slightly raised.
Bilirubin, total, direct and indirect, Protein, alkaline phosphatase in normal range, uric acid7.9, AFP ,CPK , PT are in normal range. Viral pathology of liver, A, B and C non reactive, Immune pathology ANA positive, Homogeneous pattern, dilution1:40 rest parameters negative.
