Nowadays several small medical centres are emerging almost entirely managed by Ayush or quacks posing as doctors which are supported by allopathic doctors by providing them documents for opening the hospital. My question is: what's the validity of these hospitals?
What's the legal or medico-legal responsibility of allopathic doctors who have provided their registration to the hospital if they are not providing their services on a regular basis? What's the MCI stand on these hospitals especially when the prescription written in most of the hospitals are neither signed nor stamped?
