A four-year-old child present with mild fever for 1-2 mo. CBC shows Hb 4 gm%,TLC-44000/cumm. Both liver and spleen is palpable which is firm to hard. TORCH screen normal.LFT normal. Malaria is negative.

MT negative. X-ray chest normal . body wt.4kg Antimalarial treatment given with no benefit. What should I do further? Please give suggestions.
