A two-and-a-half-year-old girl from the United States has bright white hair that is tangled and constantly stands on end. This is because she suffers from a rare genetic mutation called 'uncombable hair syndrome' that causes erratic hair. The condition is rumoured to have also affected Albert Einstein. According to a report in Daily Mail, her mother has spent hundreds of dollars on around 20 hair products trying to flatten her daughter's frizzy hairs before they got the diagnosis.

She read about twins with the syndrome and thought may have it. The little girl's parents sent their DNA samples to the Institute of Human Genetics at the University of Bonn last month.
