Angiosarcoma is an aggressive vascular tumor that arises from the endothelial cells of blood vessels. Common sites of its occurrence are head and neck in the body. The incidence of angiosarcoma in the uterus is extremely rare. It presents as uterine mass and can arise in leiomyoma rarely in the postmenopausal woman. This case presents a rare occurrence of epithelioid angiosarcoma of the uterus in a postmenopausal woman. Case presentation: A 56-year-old woman with pelvic pain of two months and weight loss since last year was presented to the emergency department.
