5yrs old child b/b parents with urticarial rash and itching in pharynx with fever since 3days on and off. Treated by general physician with iv. Avil and cetrizine I saw child on day 3 of rash.

Developed fulminant urticarial rash immediately after giving oral crocin in adequate dose on the same day.febrile 102.2 f What should be the drug of choice for fever in this child Can other nsaids be given under cover of antihistaminics to prevent urticaria after ingesting antipyretics.
