A48 year old female seen by me in  November 2022 and ECG and X-ray Chest PA view taken at that time showing normal ECG but minimal calcification of aortic knuckle. Previously she had Echo done and normal report with TMT reported as undetermined. She had increased triglyceride and she was already on statin. Fenofibrate added along with anti hypertensive and anti platelets already taking. Recent  review in August 2024 in which repeat ECG shows avf lead showing minimal T inversion and X-ray Chest PA view showing prominent Aortic knuckle calcification. But size of heart in chest reduced than previous one.

Echo taken being normal. But Radiologist in both incidences has not reported about aortic knuckle. This is reported to show an alertness is needed regarding aortic knuckle calcification especially in below 50 years of age. She has got impending CAHD denoted by ECG changes. So, early…
