Case presentation A 64-year-old male presented to a clinic with a 6-month history of rash that initially started on his upper extremities and further spread to his lower extremities. Physical examination Rashes on the patients’ arms and legs that appeared to be raised and red in color (Cover mage) Rashes were more prominent on the legs.

Rashes consisted of red and blue papules (Cover image) Afebrile Vital signs: Stable History of the presenting illness Reduced appetite for the last several weeks Episodes of occasional diarrhea Weight loss of 10 lbs  Medical history Updated record of all vaccinations and cancer screenings, including colonoscopy and prostate-specific antigen (PSA) test.
