A survey conducted by Forbes revealed that only 6% doctors are happy. Another survey done by an Indian medical group showed that more than 65% of Indian doctors are not happy and over 61% doctors would not want their children to join this profession. Reasons for this could be many, including stressful work, lower pay scales, difficult colleagues or employers or even patients, unsafe work environment, etc.
However, on the other hand, medical profession comes with a great sense of satisfaction and appreciation, and that should make doctors happy. What are your views on this, are you happy overall?
