Health services are the complex area and can not implement through mathematics. There should be flexibility and autonomy during implementation with keeping in view of maintaining quality services. the health sector is one of the important social sectors where large amount spends on human resources, equipment, and drugs. Among all, human resource of service provider group is the crises in this area and particularly in the rural area and for urban slum pockets. We have the financial allocation from center and state.
Without asking to increase financial envelope. the health sector can be improved to some extent under health sector reforms. What would be your ideas and solutions on this issue?
