Did M.B,B,S. & M.S. from GajraRaja Medical College Gwalior.Worked as Lecturer in Surgery at C.M.C.Hosp.Vellore Worked in Army Medical Corps as Majorfopr 5 years at a hill station. Next went as Director of Medical & Health services and Chief Surgeon at Andaman & Nicobar Islands as also the Superintendent of famous Cellular Jail for 2 years.The whole tenure was for 5 years.

Came back and posted as Senior Surgeon at L.N.J.P.N. Hosp and then transferred to Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital from where I retired as Head Of Deptt. of Surgeryin 1989.
