Limbal dermoid are usually unilateral, rarely can be bilateral. It involves the entire cornea or can be confined to conjunctiva. Prevalence is 1 in 1000 or 1 in 5600 or 1 in 3500 inferotemporal site is commonest 70 percent.
The male female ratio is 3 to 2. They are graded according to cornea involvement grade 1, grade and grade 3. Grade 1 is corneal involvement Grade 2 is dest membrane involvement Grade 3 is involvement of whole of ant segment
