Best treatment for a 28 yrs old pt. having  C/O  frequent nasal bleeding and nasal congestion??? Pt has same complain  inspite of he has taken cefixime clavulinic acid combination with a short course of oral steroid before 6 months..

CT OF PNS done yesterday suggesting moderate deviation of right nasal septum and bilateral mod. to severe  chronic panrhinosinusitis-OMU type.
