A 30yr old male patient with 10 year h/o BPAD diagnosed only on patient given history that he is hyperactive but no evidence of hypomanic/manic as observed by psychiatrist or there relatives he is on lithium 800mg quetiapine 300mg lamotrigene 150mg but his main complaint of anxiety and cognitive impairment as per patient history not improved CBT was given antidepressants and anxiolytic given for anxiety and depression What will be the next step in your opinion? Use antialzimers or Continuation of CBT Use new antidepressants Replace quitiapine with lurasidone
