Dear Doctors, My patient Female 32 y,o was previously diagnosed with TB and is currently under treatment, with routine check-up her health is good. The patient came to me with a complaint of burning sensation during urine, and also presence of  tiny black worm like structures present in the urine.

Meanwhile I have sent the urine for pathological findings, I would like to know what exactly these black worm like structures are? Has anyone experienced this in their patients before?
