A eight days old neonate came to hospital with c/o of mild blood in vomitus. Inj Vit K given stat. Gastric lavage done stat and in morning showed scanty fresh and blackish blood. Baby is active taking breastfeed. Baby delivered in hospital may have got inj vit k at that time also.

His PT is 15.4 & PTT 63. After 20 hrs stay in the hospital and giving inj. Vit K, baby still having mild gastric bleeding on gastric lavage fresh blood is seen. How to manage this case? How to explain increased aPTT?
