I did an extraction of right lower permanent lateral incisor which was placed lingually for a 16-year-old girl under infiltration anaestheia. After 5 minutes the patient came back telling that she has become blue. The patient was admitted and discharged after two days after full recovery.
Can you give a diagnosis and line of treatment? This happened in 1990/ 1991 in a dental camp.
