By adding Midazolam 2mg and Butorphanol 2mg to undiluted Lidocaine 2% with adrenaline. We relieve the anxiety of the patient with Midazolam. Butorphanol gives good sedation and additional analgesia. Both Butorphanol and Midazolam are proved to have peripheral neural receptors. Midazolam is a good anti-convulsant.
