We are living in the modern era of technologies and modern investigations and in this context M.R.I and CT scans have become the order of the day. We often see cases where a patient has done these procedures and we are overusing these procedures. Saturday a patient with a headache came to an ophthalmologist, after proper examination the cause of a headache was a refractive error which may be a cause of a headache once the fundus is normal there is no need of CT scans or MRI.
