A 25 year old woman in third trimester of pregnancy admitted in a private hospital for delivery. The woman delivered a normal male child. but she had profused bleeding due to placenta accreta, despite best efforts of team of gynaecologist doctors woman died. Attendants of the patient were called in office and whole team of doctors explained them about the complications of pregnancy and they seemed to be convinced.
After15 days, a complaint against doctors were made of negligence that placenta accreta is treated by a team of multidisciplinary doctors which they have not done. My query is can a layman know this? Can by seeing on internet, he can say with authenticity or it is after provocation? Kindly suggest.
