Dear all,  please see attached US at 12 weeks. Sonologist reported intrauterine pregancy. Can it be an ectopic that is sustaining itself somewhere?

Another hospital reported ruptured ectopic at 15 weeks. Please help qouting published litrature. Need all brains , please bail me out.
