A 5-year male baby came in paediatrics OPD with a complaint of cough since 3 days and difficulties in breathing since 1day. No history of fever, pain in abdomen or bleeding. Past history: had a similar episode of problem 1 month back, was admitted to another hospital for 4 days. Family history: His grandfather was asthmatic, taking medicine from local doctors.
