I have been trained in Anaesthesiology in territory care set up with 900 bedded hospital, where we used to give SA for the laminectomy cases. Here, in many local hospitals, the neurosurgeon is not ready to accept SA for various vague reasons. It's a decision by Anaesthesiologist.

What form of anaesthesia should be given? Kindly advice.
